It's a ComicCon Artist Alley in podcast form
The Artist Alley podcast, Alley Chats, is a podcast that features interviews with the wildly creative people you find in Artist Alley at any comic-con or pop-culture convention. We feature interviews with comic-book artists & comic writers, podcasters, geek bands, nerdy filmmakers, videogame makers, tabletop game designers & writers, genre authors, and cosplayers.

For years, I’ve been making friends in Artist Alley at comiccons across the country. I love creative people, I love comic books, and I love pop culture.
When the pandemic hit, I was really worried about my friends and how they would make money during lock down. These artists, writers, filmmakers, and musicians that I had become close with had lost a major source of income thanks to COVID.
I had to do something to help them out. I used to hold Micro-Cons at the Blue Box Cafe in Elgin, IL as a way to showcase these amazing artists. Since live events were on indefinite hold, I created the Alley Chats Podcast. It’s a virtual Comic-Con, where instead of fighting the crowds to meet an artist, you can listen to them talk about what they do from the comfort of you earbuds.
